Community Benefit

My passion is the ocean and earth and maintaining it's resources. I am striving to be part of something that gives back to others and the community as a whole. When I moved back from Hawaii I brought back an idea for business based upon the state motto of Hawaii, Ua Mau Ke Ea O Ka Aina I Ka Pono which means the life of the land is perpetuated in righteousness. To me this means we need to give back to the land and the people. I would like to benefit the community by sponsoring regular beach clean- ups with my camp students as well as an end of summer beach clean up and party. I would also like to hold some local events and teach free lessons for local kids to give them a positive activity that will help them have another healthy avenue for growth.
